I have now been in real estate since 1997. During this time my business has expanded to over 400 clients and several generations of some families. Prior to my career in real estate, I was a Director of Loss Prevention in the retail management business for 19 years. During this time I moved 5 times and bought and sold a home each time. I always felt there was something lacking in both the service I received and knowing if the agent truly represented me. I now run my business the way I wish I was treated as a consumer and home seller.
Buyers today are savvy enough to know which home they want. Guidance is needed in selecting the proper mortgage, home inspector, attorney and all the aspects to protect your valuable investment and make a smart decision. I subscribe to a no pressure approach, treating your money as if it was mine and respecting you by returning your calls, usually within 1/2 hour and working with you as long and as hard as it takes to ensure you bought the best home in your range and taste.
When buying, you will know the value of the home and the downsides. We will explore mortgage options, from an array of seasoned companies that look out for your best interest and together select the programs that best fit your needs without sacrificing your safety.
The recommended inspectors are likewise seasoned veterans who have no interest in the transaction, but only to alert you to problems and solutions for your home. The septic inspection company is the toughest in the business failing many of the systems, using camera systems to check areas many companies cannot. The attorney selection is from client feedback who found these offices returned calls, fixed problems and explained situations.
Let’s face it, your home sale and purchases are most likely going to be your most expensive purchases and investments in your life. You need to feel comfortable with the team you are working with.
