This web site was created as an easy space for folks interested in real estate to go and get the answers to the questions I receive the most and to be able to search for listings and addresses easily without having to commit to anything or worry about being put on a list. You are of course always welcome to call or email with questions or to be put on a list for that matter.
     The articles were written with the current market in mind which is January, 2008. The real estate market is not as volatile as the stock market on a day to day basis, but things change and I will endeavor to keep the info up to date on at least an annual basis. The newsletter link is updated 3 times a year and will have the timeliest info, but it may not always be real estate related and some may find me with my tongue firmly implanted in my cheek on some of the articles. Some of my colleagues recommended that I copy articles from other sources and I never felt many of them were current, accurate or related to our local area here in Southeastern CT. I am not saying there may not be a typo in here somewhere, so always check the facts and don’t hold me to typos, as I am only a REALTOR and we do occasionally make errors.(I made one last year)
     This web site is dedicated to the best clients in the world, mine. Many of them have been with me through several closings in several generations in their families and I wanted a spot where they could easily find info they need and have asked for and for the new ones a place where they can learn what to expect in their real estate dealings. Hundreds of them, literally, have become friends and many like family and it is why I love going to work every day.
     The links in here for service providers pay absolutely no money to be in here and never will. They are here because they have provided a level of service which is exceptional to my clients based on their feedback. If the day comes that they don’t, the links go away.
     If you are currently under contract with another agent, this is not a solicitation for your business, but you are very free to use the resource. If anyone wants to recommend other info that is not in here I would be glad to consider it, if only to drive the web master nuts. (He is a good guy and his link is in here as well, even if his future wife is a competitor)
